WHY DID I CHOOSE MY MAJOR?
When I was little, one of my dreams was to be an exotic vet, since I loved wild animals, especially those of Africa and Australia. But when you grow up your dreams change and before leaving school I wanted to be a football player, a physical trainer or just not study.
It was not until he had left college that he discovered the basic stage in the Universidad de Chile, since I did not have a good score at the PSU, I took the option of doing the cycle to be able to enter a career in Plastics Arts. During the course, little by little, I realized that my path was art, due to the constant need to want to express my feelings in works.
I am currently in the fourth year of the career and I am specializing in drawing and painting, because I discovered that experimenting withe these two techniques is very comfortable and entertaining.
In the last 2 years my experience in the University has not been very comfortable, the fact of being locked up without being able to go to the Faculty and without being able to leave the house has been a big problem for my learning and for the development of the Arts. Although my experience studying this career is like life, we must live it day by day.
Hi pedro! It was funny to me that you wanna be a football player, because I would not have occurred to me, but it's cool. I really liked the animals too, when I was a child I wanted to be a vet too. I'm sorry that the time in the University it doesn't the best, but you have too much reason in to say "studying this career is like life". Good luck!
