LET'S TALK ABOUT BIRDS

Today I will talk about of  my passion for birds. 

Chile has a large number of birds, many of them live in the south and in the center of the country.

That is why today I will talk to you only about 3, but I can not say that they are my favorites because I like so much that I could tell you about 15.

The first bird is the Loica, a beautiful bird that can be found both in the center and in the south, its main characteristic is the red color on the chest of the males.

The second bird is the Rara, a peculiar one that is found in the center and in the south of Chile. Like many males in the kingdom of birds, this one has orange colors in both the chest and the eyes, while the female has a parched brown color.

Finally the Chercan, a bird with a very strong character, so strong that it is capable of facing larger birds or even cats. In this case, males and females are the same. Their main characteristic is how they move, since they tend to jump, climb and even stand upside down to look for food.

As I said before, these are 3 of the many birds that I adore, but in case if you like birds, I recommend the book Bird Of Chile by Alvaro Jaramillo.
