How can your major make the world a better place?

In relation to the question I had always asked myself and I think that using recycling as material to make works is the best option.

In my case I use all kinds of paper and sometimes plastic to create collage. But in the last time I realized that you can use these objects to create sculptures.

For example, in one of my last works I applied this theory of using plastic as the basis for sculpture. I used a bottle for the body of the insect, electrical cables for the legs, 2 bottle mouths for the head and a pin connector to join the body and the head of the insect. Finally all the objects are covered by two layers of cold ceramic and paper mache.

That is why I believe that recycling as a material could be essential to lower the amount of garbage on the planet and make this a better place for our future.
